SPRING NYCBS TACKLE TOURNAMENT
Welcome to the 2x Annual NYCBS Youth Playoff Tournament where every spring and fall top tier teams converge on the valley of the sun for a great weekend of stiff football competition, family fun and entertainment. This 11-Man unlimited weight tackle tournament guarantees 2 games minimum and will showcase some of the next top student-athletes of our generation.

-Tournament Format-
3 Team Bracket: Pool play playoffs. (Ex. Day one 1v2, 2v3 and day two 3v1) Top 2 advance to Championship. (W/L, Points Allowed)
4 Team Bracket: Winners of the 1st round advance to Championship. Remaining teams play bowl game.
8 Team Bracket: Winners of the 1st round advance to semi-finals. Remaining teams play bowl game. Semi-final winners advance to Championship.
Teams will check in and certify their team book on Friday Night May 25th from 6pm-10pm at one of our Official Hotel locations Embassy Suites Phoenix Airport 2333 East Thomas Rd. Phoenix, Arizona 85016. Preliminaries will kickoff at 8 am on Saturday, May 26th and Sunday, May 27th on 7 state of the art fields at Tempe Sports Complex at 8403 S. Hardy Dr. Tempe, Arizona 85284 with food, music, media and on-site vendors. All Championship games will be played on Monday, May 28th at South Mountain High School Stadium 5401 S. 7th Street.
All AYS, Pop Warner, NYS, NYS East, SnoopYFL, UnitedYFL, AAU, Independent and national traveling teams are welcome to put in a bid to make a run for the NYCBS Lombardi Trophy. Spring Champions will get a automatic bid into NYCBS 2018 Turkey Bowl Las Vegas Tournament this Thanksgiving Weekend.

15u High School Underclassmen Showcase
Registration: $400/per team (Until April 30th)
Late Registration: $450/per team (May 1st – May 19th)

Force Majeure. National Youth Championship Bowl Series, Urban Elite Athletics and its assignee’s, (hereafter “NYCBS”) shall not be liable in damages or for any default in performing here under if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to team cancellation, Acts of God, (ie: rain, flood, lightning etc.), Government restrictions (including closing of fields due to weather or field damage), lighting of fields, and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected. If the event is cancelled out of the NYCBS Tournaments control there will be no refunds. All teams agree to hold harmless the Officers, Directors, Administration from any potential lawsuit and will pay for all legal fees required to defend the NYCBS and its assignee’s. Any such legal action is restricted to Phoenix, Arizona jurisdiction. If game is cancelled due to rain that game will become a tie in the bracket, because all team merchandise has already been purchased before the tournament starts. Therefore there will be no refunds. Both parties agree that no other claims will be accepted such as Hotel Cost, Transportation Cost, Food Cost, Inconvenience or any liquidated damages resulting from a cancellation of a game or games.
Jurisdiction is limited to the State of Arizona.
